Overview

At The Decile Group, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all participants in our VC accelerator program. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below to ensure transparency.

Refund Policy

• Participants who withdraw from the program within the first four weeks after the Orientation Session (the official start date) are eligible for a full refund upon request.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to programs@decilegroup.com with a reason for withdrawal. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

• The Decile Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the accelerator program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued..
• If a participant is removed from the program due to a violation of our terms or policies, they may not be eligible for a refund.
