Happy New Year, all! At the last Cohort graduation, I noticed a number of fund managers live in Toronto. I am in Toronto on January 23, so let’s meet in person. Let’s get a group together for coffee, happy hour.
With those who can come, I’ll run an *Executive Messaging Roundtable* where we talk about:
• Your *fund messaging in 2024* - what is strong, where are the gaps?
• How are your *LP calls* going? Do you need help *Closing Calls?* Asking more boldly for the investment - the PACT signature? Fund storyline? Personal introductions that kick off the calls/meetings?
• *Follow up calls / emails* to interested LPs. What tips and strategies are you trying that work? What is NOT working?
• Other messaging or executive presence challenges? (having more confidence, telling case studies faster, etc, being more concise in Q/A...)
• (If you have watched / can review the 1 hr recording of the *Pitch Masterclass* I provided to your cohort, all the better.)
