I have a question in regards to my thesis

Hello everyone,

I am reaching out to see if anyone can recommend German lawyers who specialize in venture capital investments. I am planning to invest in two pre-seed startups in Berlin using my savings. However, once my VC fund is registered, I would like to transfer ownership of these investments from my name to the fund.

I am unsure how this process works under German investment law, so I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or insights you may have.
