quick question: can you confirm that we're only able to invest in U.S. companies? We're looking at a company based in Canada, but realize this may be impossible...

Hi @Jon Beekman

, your LPA states your Fund's thesis will invest in territories in the USA (see Fund Thesis on page 2). You can invest in territories outside the one specified in the LPA but you'll need majority LP approval.
