I'd also like to avoid having to make an extra click if I'd like to add a Person to hub.  The default should always be to add the person to hub, then ask if you want to add the organization.  One issue I'm seeing is if I want to update the data on a contact who is already in my hub via the plug-in, it creates a duplicate.
