We are a cohort 11 firm with pre-existing LPs. We are not able to enter our existing LPs, and set up capital call automation.

Hi Bob, please find the answers to both of your questions outlined below. 1. You mentioned that you are not able to enter your existing LPs in Hub, please find below a short description on how to import your LPs into Decile Hub. To import prospects in Decile Hub, you can use the import/export button located at the top right corner of the screen. You can bulk upload a CSV file with prospects' information directly into a pipeline or people directory. It's recommended to import connectors and investors separately using two different CSV files. One file should be imported directly into the connectors pipeline and the other file into the investors pipeline. Limit the number of contacts being imported to a few hundred people in each pipeline to avoid slowing down the process. I have successfully imported all the names of existing LPs, and have advanced them to the stage of Ready for Closing (or whatever that final stage is called). I don't see the capital call or closing pipelines (I think that is what they are called). Are those pipelines blocked for cohort 11 until we get further into the program?
Hi Bob, as I previously mentioned in this thread, you will need to be part of our paid program called Decile Launch in order to be able to access the LP closing pipeline and the capital call pipeline. For more information about it please talk to Mike or wait for the Decile Launch AMA meeting in which it will be discussed.
