Hi. I´ve noticed that whenever I use a link to Decile Hub, some emails go directly to SPAM or bounce. As explained to me by an IT, because your site is not certified as secured, it is probably been perceived as insecure by some servers. Any thoughts?

Hi Galit, to improve email deliverability and prevent emails from being marked as spam or bouncing, it's recommended to connect your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account to Decile Hub. This allows emails to be sent directly through your own email account. If you haven't connected your email account, emails are sent through SendGrid with a "reply to" as your email, which may be perceived as less secure by some servers. Modifying the template email content to make it less generic may also help keep emails out of the spam box. If you have any further questions or comments feel free to set up some time with me via my calendly: https://calendly.com/rjn-1/30min
