We're encountering an issue with email greetings for our German users. In Germany, especially with older generations, formality is very important. This means emails need to be correctly formatted for both 'Du' (informal 'you') and 'Sie' (formal 'you'). The problem is that when using 'Sie,' the greeting changes to 'Sehr geehrte,' which further differs based on the recipient's gender (male vs. female). Our current configuration doesn't allow us to dynamically adjust these greetings based on user settings or gender. We need a way to ensure the correct formal or informal address is used, including the appropriate 'Sehr geehrte' variation, to maintain a professional and respectful tone with our German customers. This is crucial for user experience and building trust in this market.

I think this might be the same case in France and other languages.
