, you have a couple different options for this.

1. You can send to your entire People Directory, meaning all contacts within your account
2. You can send to a specific pipeline, and can target stages from that pipeline

In addition, you can filter these down to just include people who have certain tags applied to them, if you wish.

Lastly, you can manually add additional recipients individually.
