I have a question about adding a valuation update so that the performance reflects accurately in our Hub dashboards. We have one company which we have priced off their real revenues. They are highly profitable, and have plenty of cash. They have not fundraised, and have no need to fundraise. We have marked their value manually on our books based off their actual performance. This company is one of the main drivers of performance in our fund. In large part because of this, our performance in Hub doesn't accurately reflect what our performance actually is.

This portfolio company is called Clinnexus. We determined their valuation based of a process of reviewing a 409a plus their company financials. I had a valuation memo written up to defend the valuation. That valuation memo is in our Fund II data room, along with the reports and the 409a.
Hi @Genevieve LeMarchal
I will take a look at the supporting documents and revert, if valuation memo has the variables that we need. Thanks

Please forward me the link where you store the valuation memo and related documentation.

Great. Here is the folder to our Data room. It's in Portfolio > Clinnexus. https://suncoastventures.decilehub.com/data_room/folders/Rnem3Onq

You'll see it all there. If there is any additional information you want to strengthen the case please let me know. We invested on a SAFE at a $10M valuation and I have it marked at $120M. They did $40M in revenue in 2025. So I marked it at 3x.
