Vauban has issues too, and has just been purchased by Carta. Most acquisitions fail, so it’s not a reliable signal.

I hear that people like Vauban US better than actual Carta. I'm sure Aduro will get zero benefit from this, lol. They have no happy customers that I know of... Venture360 might get a lift. I bet the allocations guys are kicking themselves for the layoffs right about now. :flushed: Could have been a defining moment for them. Oh well.
