Hi.  I am a bit confused by how we are supposed to work with files.

  1. Why are "Standard" and "Directory" both labeled "Custom folders for sharing externally"?  How do we use these two?  What is the difference?
  2. How do you create a subfolder under an existing folder without uploading a folder, or is that the only way?

Hey  @Michel Friedman Thanks for this feedback!!
Regarding #1, the 'directory' folders get created automatically to hold attachments to organizations/people. We will update the tooltip for this to be much more clear.

#2 sounds like a bug/regression,  @Isabel Ivagnes  can you help here?
Woody, are these supposed to be attachments about the organization / people or shared with the organizations / people?

If the first, I guess this might be something like a PPT introducing the organization?

What is pont if Internal Firm Files?  Is this supposed to be a replacement for Google Drive / OneDrive?

Exactly yes. If you attach anything to the "Files" tab of a person / organization prospect, a folder here will be automatically created.

These can hold files that are just for the firm. These cannot be accidentally shared with outside people.
