I would like to be able to output the tree-structured directory of a dataroom to my files. This would be useful for reviewing and indexing the dataroom.

Hey Mark, so I understand correctly: are you saying you'd like to download an entire dataroom at a time as a zip file and then that would mirror the data room that's in hub?
