Hey Aneil, when I was trying to reproduce this, I saw this issue occur on the 'capital_account.name' variable. Some of our emails are directly addressed to that since they are important messaging (e.g. fund admission).

The 'prospectable.first_name' variable should at least be resolving to the first name of the primary contact on the capital account. You can add that via the 'First Name' shortcut on the emailer.

If you're able to set up an email template where the first name variable is resolving to that full long strata name, could you let me know and link me to that template?
