Hey team,

Quick feedback on bulk email sending. We're on dedicated SendGrid infrastructure via Decile, and a recent send to ~11k recipients took 11 hours. That's roughly 1,000/hour, which effectively caps us at one send per day to the full database.

A few issues:

1. SendGrid's v3 mail/send endpoint has no meaningful infrastructure rate limit — it supports up to 10,000 requests/second. The throttle is being imposed by Decile, not by SendGrid.

2. Our domain (teamignite.ventures) is fully warmed: SPF/DKIM/DMARC passing, 10/10 mail-tester score. Deliverability protection isn't the constraint either.

3. Practically, this means we can't run a normal LP and founder comms cadence. If I send a fund update in the morning, anything else that day queues into tomorrow. For a firm running active LP outreach plus a 16k-member newsletter community, that's a real operational drag.

What we need:
- A configurable send-rate setting (emails/hour) we can dial up on dedicated infrastructure, or
- A meaningfully higher default throughput for customers on dedicated SendGrid

Ideally 11k clears in under an hour, not 11.

Happy to jump on a call if useful.

Hey Brian, hear you on this. You're right our newsletter rate limiting is based off some lower-capacity systems (gmail, outlook). I'll look into if we can speed this up for dedicated sendgrid accounts.

Exactly, if you select use sendgrid vs gmail integration, it should send faster
