I'm not sure where to report this "legal" bug, but the Management Company SLA agreement has typos in Section 5. 

Section 5 mentions Section 2 four times, such as... 
"If any one of the Services outlined in Section 2 are not fulfilled by the applicable party identified in Section 2, ..."
Those references to Section 2 should be to Section 3 instead. 

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure this is correct.
