Currently, there is no way to do conditionals in Calendly, but it is a cool feature that has been added to the backlog. A simple workaround could be to create separate Calendly variables for each team member and insert them into the email template. Before sending, manually remove the ones that aren't from the assigned user. This may not be automated, but it can still be effective.
