I am getting familiar with Decile Hub and use its CRM function. My observation: 1) I can see the email recipients' activity if they click a link in the email, but I don't know if they read the email but do not click the link; 2) I can go to each person's Activity tab to check if they take any action (clicking a link), but I wonder if there is a dashboard or overview to see all email recipients' activity history, or a notification function that some recipients take some action after I send out emails.

The activity tab provides a complete history, but if your email account is not integrated, we do offer email open tracking. However, using email open tracking can decrease deliverability, so many managers prefer to send from their own email with high deliverability. Unfortunately, there is no unified activity view available.
