Hey Chris, I can help. What seems to be the issue? Can you share some details and a screenshot?
Hello Woody. I added a column to my current pipeline and named it "Tags". We want to add a few tags to identify the types of investors in our pipeline - i.e. Angel vs Institutional. I cannot figure out how to edit the tags column to include these additional tags.
Hey Chris, are you referring to the default tags column on this pipeline? https://rightshift.decilehub.com/pipelines/g8bGRQKx
Or another one? (I don't see any custom columns here).

To edit the tag of a prospect here, clicking on the cell should bring up an option to tag the prospect with any tag, listing commonly used tags:

Decile Hub also has the ability to create custom columns, including dropdown/select, if you need to enforce some constraints on only having a certain limited set of tags used. That can be done under Settings -> Variables. But for general tagging purposes I'd recommend using the existing tag functionality
That's correct, Woody. I'd like to add the tags "OTI" and "Angel" to this drop down. I'd also like to remove "Chris" and "Deep" as tags.
I clicked on the first person in the funnel and added the tags but then they disappeard as I moved down the list of investors in the pipeline.
Note: The list of common tags on the tag modal are just derived from the most commonly used tags in the pipeline. Those are just recommendations from us, they will always just show what's been most commonly used.
Ok. So I just need to keep using the tags and they'll show up?
