Hey Lorenzo, I can help with this:

You can add an automation to that folder, so when someone views the folder, it will add them to the selected stage.

When someone views this file, they'll be moved to that stage.

For anyone who isn't cookied on your domain, they'll be asked to enter details (first, last, email) which will be entered on your CRM. This is a feature of all file previews on Hub, regardless of automation. If you email a prospect in your pipeline a link to the file, the system will convert that to a personalized link and bypass this.

Thanks a lot Woody. That's what I did. The weird thing is, though, when I test it in incognito I am asked to enter my name and email to get access to the deck but I do not receive the email with the PACT. 

This automation moves a visitor to a certain stage in a pipeline.
If there are automated actions, like an email those will trigger.
In your case, your stage doesn't have that email action automated:

If you edit that action, you'll have the option to set it to automated.

Many thanks Woody. I did that now, tried again the link in incognito but still got no automatic email with the PACT. Would it be possible to connect remotely tomorrow and share my screen? We will nail this in 5 mins together.

Hm, seems like a bug at first to me on our end. Give us some time to investigate this.
