I sent a data room link to a prospect LP and then got an email saying the data room had been visited by him, but when I went to look at the stats it said no visits?

We couldn’t find any issues related to visits.  Our assumption is that this person might have the JavaScript disabled in their browser (we use JS to track visits).  Next steps:  • Can you please test the link using the email of this person?  • You will need to open the incognito mode in your browser  • => open the file link • => use this person’s email  • => and now check if you have any visit stats there.  • Later, you can delete/clear the stats of this test visit.  Please let me know how it goes and if you have any follow up questions.
