Are we able to request viewers to sign an NDA, perhaps through a Docusign-type interface, before viewing the information on the platform?

An NDA doesn't make any sense in general from a business perspective if you are already using the PACT to gate access as it's recommend by VC Lab. First, LPs are unlikely to sign an NDA. Second, you're introducing an enormous amount of friction. Third, there is little benefit to both parties here.
Instead, control access to your documents via the Data Room. You can select who access the content and you can make the files view only if needed.

Thanks. This function is available on DocSend so I thought I should ask. We're fully aware of the friction and the typical aversion to NDA.
