I have issues sending out emails to prospectus due to integration errors. The system disconnects me as soon as I send out the email and states "my google out is disconnected". I have tried sending emails out in "incognito" mode and I get the same error. Thx

In the meantime, a few things worth trying:

  • Re-authenticate your Google account by going to your integrations/settings and reconnecting your Google account
  • Check if your Google account has any security alerts that may have triggered a disconnection (Google sometimes blocks third-party app access)
  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions enabled for the Gmail integration in your Google account settings

Hm, sorry about this issue Shesh. We will investigate this, we were just making changes in this area so I'm sure that's related.
