For the PDF with new deals:
- You can use the email ingestion tool by emailing the PDF directly into Hub, and the AI will automatically extract deal info and rate it against your thesis.
- Alternatively, upload the PDF as a file attachment to a deal and use the AI Deal Memo feature to have it scan the document and populate the memo fields.

For LP lists (existing and prospects):
- The bulk CSV import tool is your best bet here. If email or first/last name fields match existing records, Hub will update them rather than create duplicates.

- The AI auto-rating on email ingestion will score and sort deals for you automatically.
- For LP data, export your current list, enhance it, then re-import via CSV to update existing records.
