My investor received a totally blank PACT PDF - not a single character of text.  (I changed name to Anonymous since everyone sees these.)

The email itself was fine, just the attachment was broken.

Downloading from Decile Hub gets exactly the same result.  It is the one signed June 30 for USD 75,000.  All others are fine, but this one is totally blank.

We'll look into what happened with the PACT signed June 30 for USD 75,000. Since you've confirmed the issue both via email attachment and direct download from Decile Hub, this does sound like a bug with that specific document's generation.

Could you share the name on the PACT (you can DM it if preferred) so we can locate and investigate the specific record? We'll work on getting this resolved as quickly as possible.
