Great questions! Here's what's currently available in Decile Hub:

Email Opens
Hub does not currently support email open tracking. This was intentionally removed due to:
- Accuracy issues (many email clients block tracking pixels or auto-open emails, causing false positives/negatives)
- Privacy concerns around tracking pixel use, which can also hurt deliverability

Click Tracking (the recommended alternative)
You can track link clicks by checking the Activity tab on a prospect's profile. You can also set up automation so that when a prospect clicks a link in an email, they automatically move to a different pipeline stage. This is actually more reliable than open tracking.

Newsletters
One exception: Hub does attempt open tracking on newsletters, and each newsletter has its own dashboard showing stats.

Embedding Analytics
There isn't a way to embed third-party analytics into emails, but the click-based automation system is the built-in tool for measuring engagement.
