Great question! There are actually two "Create New Folder" buttons in the Files section, which has caused some confusion for other users too. Here's the key:
- The top green button creates a folder outside your current location (at the root level)
- The "Create Folder" button lower on the page (within the folder view) creates a subfolder inside the folder you're currently navigating
So to create a subfolder under the Deal Memo Export Folder:
1. Navigate into the Deal Memo Export Folder
2. Use the lower "Create Folder" button within that folder view, not the top green one
