I have the same file listed twice in data room.

The file is the same - the views increase in lockstep.  But the links are different and they go to different versions.

This obviously makes me nervous - how do I give people the right link when I cannot tell the difference between these.

Hey! Totally understand why that's concerning. A couple of things that might help:

On the duplicate listings: This looks like it could be a bug or an accidental double-upload as separate files rather than versions. We'll look into it on our end.

On versioning (for future reference): The proper way to update a file in Decile Hub is to upload a new version of the existing file rather than uploading it separately. When you do it that way, old links automatically redirect to the newest version, so you never have to worry about people hitting a stale copy.

For right now: To identify which is the "current" file, you could check the upload dates on each entry. The safest bet is to delete the older/duplicate entry and keep only one, then share that file's link going forward.

Can you share the links to both file entries so we can take a closer look at what's happening? That will help us figure out the root cause.

Hey Michel, we will take a look into this issue of displaying both of them here.

Both links will act identically to anyone who isn't a teammate of your fund. You as a member of the hub account will see them link to different versions, but any visitor will always be routed to the newest version of the file (you can test this in incognito if it will reassure you).
