Hello,

In the automated emails to LPs, the link to create their decilepro account takes them to the page below
: https://decilepro.com/capital_accounts

They cannot edit the sample account, and it is not linked to my fund.

Can you please provide an updated link that I can share with my LPs

Hey there! Thanks for flagging this. The issue is that the generic link (https://decilepro.com/capital_accounts) isn't personalized, so LPs land on a sample account instead of seeing your fund.

Each LP needs a unique invite link tied to their capital account. Here's how to get the right links:

Go to your LP Closing Pipeline in Back Office
Find the LP's entry and click Send Email
Open the "Closing and DecilePro Invite Email" (the 4a template)
That email contains a personalized hyperlink for that LP, or you can copy the decile_pro_invite_url variable value to send separately

A couple of things to keep in mind:
- The LP must sign up to DecilePro using the same email address you have on file for them as a contact in their capital account. The invite link pre-fills this for them, which is why the personalized URL matters.
- If an LP signed up with a different email, you can fix it by going to Back Office > Capital Accounts, clicking their name, then the Contacts tab, and updating their email there.

Hey @Fehmida Kapadia , as the assistant mentions, the 4a email holds a personalized link for new LP onboarding.

If you would like to have another person access an existing capital account, they just need to access Decile Pro with an email address that matches one of the contacts on the capital account. You can see those under the "contacts" tab on the capital account slideover. (So, you may need to ask them what email they've signed in with, to check it matches the contact).

For new LP onboardings, when they sign up using that personalized link, they can use any email address they prefer, and the system will link it as expected.

Hi Woody,

I don't see a template 4a in my list. In fact, I have lost some emails from my email pipeline. I only have emails upto the PACT stage. All emails after that stage, are not showing up in my list of template emails.
