Great question! You can find the sample CSV file directly on the Import/Export page in Decile Hub. It's available there as a downloadable template to help you format your columns correctly before uploading.

A few tips once you have it:
- Use the sample file as your starting point and map your data to its headers
- If you run into upload errors, try opening your file in Google Sheets and re-downloading it as a CSV, which often resolves formatting issues
- Watch out for special characters (non-UTF-8) in your data, as those are a common cause of upload errors
