I must say, this is really irritating. I am about 5 minutes away from taking this Decile Base out of our company. I am waisting so much time right now, and this error page comes up everywhere. I want to change a contact, I click the contact, error. Anything I want to change... error. Any ideas? 

So I can not even add a person... same error page.

It looks like someone added a custom data point with a dropdown/select type, but didn't add any options, and our system wasn't properly handling it. I have remove the problematic custom data point, and things should be working now. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thank you! Someone would be me. I tried to create a drop down menus with selection, but it did not allow me to add items. I shall try again one day.
