To rename a custom pipeline, you will need to reach out to Decile support. Provide them with the current name "Status W8" and the new name "General Yearly Documents" you wish to use. They will assist you with the renaming process.
It's because of the "fund_details.fiscal_year_end_month" variable. This email template needs to be sent from the closing pipeline for this variable to work.
Woody, is it possble to make an event hybrid on the attendace part? It is ok to limit in-person, actually the idea would be this: the person register (either in person or virtual) and then I confirm which registration he was accepted. Why is that? some venues we have limited space and want to make sure the in person event is much better than the webinar, but want to make sure we can have more people paricipating
, I don't think we considered the limitation on a hybrid event. I'm adding this our roadmap, but I can't promise we can get an improvement out for this quickly, the design will need to be thoughtful to be clear to users.
As a workaround in the meantime, I'll offer the idea of having 2 separate events, one in-person with a limit and one virtual without a limit. I totally see your point though, if we are going to support hybrid events on the system, we need to consider this use case.
I thought in another turnaround, adding another stage after rspv > online rsvp. Afaik when we move the person out of this stage the count goes down right? Or dupe the “rsvp no “ renaming it “yes online”. What do you think?

This used to be the case, however a few months ago I wrote a fix for this. Now, RSVPs are counted in a distinct way that is correct and not-related to the pipeline stages. RSVPs are just tracked separately on the backend and the count increases when someone RSVPs, and decrements if someone cancels their RSVP.
