Hi, I corrected my signature in the PACT template email as it was signed as "first last" instead of "First Last", but my test recipient received both names bunched together, ie first last First Last. I now see that I can update that specific info in my profile section where it is pulled from, but would like to know how to tweak green highlighted sections in a template email. Thank you!
Hi Travis - thx for the follow-up and not quite. The response here allows me to swap variables by choosing from a list, but I can't correct the content of the variable. I have to go to the Hub and change the content of the variable in the section where it is pulled from (in this case it was my profile section).Â
Also, it's a minor detail, but for instance, see the subject line below - there is a space after the LP's name and before the comma (Rob space ,) same thing for the beginning of the email. I see that I can create my own templates so it's all good, it's just a suggestion to "Grammarly" the "stock" templates for punctuation precision.
Cheers!Â

To tweak the green highlighted sections in a template email, follow these steps:
1. Go to the email template you want to edit.
2. Locate the section with the green highlighted text.
3. Click on the "Variables" tab on the right side of the template writer.
4. Replace or update the variable with the correct format or text you desire.
5. Save the changes to the template.
This should ensure the email displays the information correctly.

You can edit the template or the email being sent to remove any spaces or change any variables. I suggest that you make some edits and send test emails to yourself.Â
