sending an invitation to my team but they aren't getting invite emails

Check if the invitation emails are in the Spam folder, as they might have been filtered there. If the issue persists, ensure that the VCLab assistant is enabled in your Hub account to allow for further troubleshooting. Additionally, verify that the email addresses are correct and consider resending the invitations. If these steps don't resolve the issue, further investigation may be needed.
already checked.  not in spam.  it is the correct email.
is there something that I can just copy and email them directly?

 I'm sorry there is not. My initial check didn't show any issues, but I can check our email service provider to see if the email bounced at some point.
