this is Patrick Bartos from Venture Institute Cohort 4. The back office feature is now missing on my Decile Hub. This might well be because I was previously in the VC Lab Cohort 16. Please, if possible, provide access to the back office section.

Access to the Back Office section in Decile Hub may require special permissions and is typically available to Decile Partners and Decile Launch program members. If you are supposed to have access, ensure your permissions are correctly set by contacting your account administrator or Decile Hub support for assistance.

Decile Assistant is enabled and can make changes to my account. However, the back office feature is now missing. Please, if possible, provide access to the back office section.
