I am Magnifique Ishimwe, from the Venture Institute Cohort 4. I have the same issue like Patrick (can't see back office) and had requested support from the team since last week. Essentially, I also had access to decile hub through a VC Lab member. I've now created a new account, however I still can't have access to the Back Office. I would really appreciate your support to complete the current sprint.

Access to the Back Office section in Decile Hub may require special permissions and is typically available to Decile Partners and Decile Launch program members. If you are supposed to have access, ensure your permissions are correctly set by contacting your account administrator or Decile Hub support for assistance.

Apologies, there must have been some miscommunication between accelerator team and I about reaching back out to confirm creating a new account, rather than adding back office to Hanga Digital.

Regardless, I see you've got 2 new accounts made. Either of those accounts should be able to complete the assignment now, thank you for reaching out!

 Thanks a lot for the support. It is working for this account now. I am going to deactivate the other account I had and remain with this one as the primary account.
