Upon executing the step to complete Compliance and KYC for a LP, I see this error: c6137448-28d2-4672-ab88-25b5852429f9 This LP was also confused with their UX because Decile Hub kept spinning on them and they didn't know what they were supposed to do.
Can you please clarify "Upon executing the step to complete Compliance and KYC for a LP". Were you attempting to move the LP through the pipeline? Just need to understand what steps were taken here so we know how to best help.
Sure. So my LP said they don't know what to do. It seemed to them that they could just leave. So then I went to the pipeline and I see this:
So it seemed to my that there is a step I need to do and so I clicked "Execute background verification..." Then I see this:
Here, the first odd thing is that it says the step will be automatically executed on Apr 15th which is yest. At this point all timezones are already past Apr 15th anyway. So I thought there must be some sync issue and I clicked "Execute job". That's when I see 500.
All I am trying to do is to make sure this LP moves on to the next step successfully.
So, the LP experience is a bug that we'll get fixed soon. He should have been redirected to a page that says "We'll be in touch". I'll let

we've got a fix written already, it's deploying now. Bare with us for a few (10) minutes while the deploy process finishes! Also, please try to make new threads for new issues in the support channel, this looks like it was appended to an existing thread about a different topic
