. Can I ask, did you add an image into your signature? Looking at our logs, the issue looks to be related to that.

If so, do you recall the exact steps you took to add that picture? E.g. found the image online, right click "copy", then clicked into the text box and right click "paste" etc.
i deleted the logo and now it works. thanks!
