Without restricting the URL of a specific data room folder to certain list or stage of the funnel, or changing the URL for everyone, how can I prevent someone from viewing specific files/folders/data rooms?

To prevent someone from viewing specific files, folders, or data rooms without changing the URL for everyone, you should adjust the permissions for those files or folders. In Decile Hub, permissions can be managed on the Team page under "Files." By setting appropriate permissions, you can control who has access without altering the shared URL for all users. Hi
@Joshua Haynes
, right now, permissions are on a per-data-room level. So, all files within a top-level folder will have the same viewing permissions. We don't have rules for excluding viewer permissions on a per-viewer basis though, that's a bit unorthodox.
If there are sensitive files in the same folder as a presentation folder, you may want to create a top-level Presentations folder to hold only files of that desired access-level.
