Unable to connect my Microsoft e-mail account with Decile Hub. I am receiving the error message: "Something went wrong". It should not be connected with my Microsoft account since this one is brandnew

If you are receiving a "Something went wrong" error when connecting a new Microsoft email to Decile Hub, ensure that:

1. The email address is a valid Microsoft account (not from another provider).
2. You do not have adblocker extensions enabled, as these can interfere with the connection process.
3. If your organization has strict security settings, your admin may need to approve Decile Hub as a trusted app.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact Decile Hub support for further assistance: [Decile Hub Support](https://decilehub.com/base/8-hub_support/22714).
My Microsoft acccount prompts me that the new App Decile Hub was connected to my account. Nevertheless I am receiving an error message when attempting to connect the e-mail associated with the Microsoft account with Decile Hub

Hey Peter,

Sorry about this issue. Could you retry the process once for me, and then if it fails again let me know. This process occasionally hits spurious errors.

1. Go to "Integrations" from the top-right menu
2. Delete the existing Microsoft integration, if it shows.
3. Retry connecting

If that fails, could you let me know around what time / zone you attempted it. That will help me investigate the issue in our server logs.
