What exactly seems to be the issue when importing? Are columns not being mapped/recognized as expected?
We have a sample file available to download, that can sometimes be a useful starting point for organizing columns.

If so, first, I'd recommend doublechecking it's a correctly formatted CSV with the expected headers.
Then, you can email the file to us at woody@decilegroup.com to see if there's anything wrong that we can spot with it.
