Hi  @Olusegun Solomon Oluwajebe , you can set calendar url in your user profile. To reach that, click your image in the top-right, then "Edit Profile"

Thanks Woody. Done that. But why is my variables page missing all the variables listed in the screenshot you shared? Couldn't that affect the functioning of our Hub Account with regards to templates and automation.

Which screenshot  @Olusegun Solomon Oluwajebe ? We recently (last week) removed a handful of variables from the variables bar that were distracting and unused, so that may be why some are missing. Regardless, those should still be able to be used if manually typed out in the format {{variable.name}}
