 our Solas IT team asked me for a contact to deal with the issue directly to enable integration. What email address can I share with them please?
Hi Laurent, you're in the right place to get help here. Unfortunately this is not something we can update on our side. I'm not sure why your admins directed you to us, we build the integration, they would need to allow our app to connect. This is the first time I've seen this particular message, so it leads me to believe that your email address is on a restricted corporate account or something like that?
