500 Internal Server Error ID:  aa8d01fb-29e3-4368-88f3-8155baa82509
OK, recall that my account crashed each time I tried to replace my logo by uploading the new one.  That has still not yet been fixed.  But someone still needs to fix my account so I can access it -- I am now unable to login to use ANY part of Hub.  As soon as I hit any navigation button or link to go there, it gives me the above Error.  I cannot even begin, let alone complete, many of my Decile Launch and VC Lab Sprint assignments until I regain full access to my account and it stops crashing.

 . Sorry this logo issue has continued. We'll hopefully be able to perform a more thorough investigation into what exactly is wrong with the upload logo when we set aside time for it. For now, I've just un-attached the logo again, that should unblock you. Thanks again for your patience.

This was most likely occurring since we render the logo in the top left of every almost page load, so thus if we hit an unexpected error during that rendering, many pages will be unavailable. This is the first time we've ever seen this specific case of a logo failing to render, so I've got a feeling there's something particular about the uploaded file.

Please confirm if this unblocks you.

Yes, thank you - I'm now back in. (Until now, I was unable to use ANY Hub.) :-(
