Forwarding an email containing a pitch deck as a pdf to the pipeline ingestion email doesn't bring the deal into the pipeline. For reference, mine is pipeline-cc+intake@reply.decilehubmail.com

I am not sure if renaming the pipeline has caused any issue but I had replaced a random character suffix in the past. But also, when this was rolled out, I tried it without renaming and it still hadn't worked.
