When I try to  send an email to a Pipeline CEO using the Directory/People page, my custom templates are not available. When I try to email that same person using a custom email template from the Dealflow company page, I see my templates BUT Hub does not like the email address that it auto fills. The address looks ok to me, "Dan Cho<dcho@onvestor.com>".   Dan Cho appears to have only one instance Hub.

, thanks for this report. We're aware of the wrong templates being listed on the Directory/People page, that's on our list to fix soon.

Regarding the second issue you mentioned, can you elaborate? Are you encountering any errors? If you are seeing a green/white striped email address, that is expected, we mark that to notify it is a contact for an organization (dealflow) prospect, but maybe we can make that UI a bit clearer.
