Hey there! You should already have access to these tools, they are just not shown by default in your nav bar unless you toggle them on in Navigation Settings at the bottom of the bar. Click there and then ✅ the Events and Newsletters items

If your sidebar is collapsed, you can expand it via the button at the top so that you can see the Navigation Settings button
