my recruiting pipeline is lagging, i edited a new stage and the pipeline keeps changing as if someones refreshing the website

That sounds very frustrating! I don't know what could cause that, but before we hop on a zoom please try the following to see if it helps:
- Close other open Hub tabs
- Hard refresh (shift+cmd+R on Mac) to reset cache
- Log out/in
