Hi  @Aimee Claire Denenea  , if you delete the deal memo, you will have the ability to kick off the data enrichment process from the beginning. That should be the easiest way to resolve this.

@Woody Butler  Thank you so much! I was able to figure it out. I did have another question regarding the PDF Deal Memo given. Is it possible to insert the AI-generated Deal Memo into Word by chance, so that I can format it a certain way, as well as edit the responses? 

Hey  @Aimee Claire Denenea , this is a big requested feature lately, so we're trying to prioritize it. For right now, it's only PDFs, but I understand that exporting to word doc would be an outsized improvement.

Hi @Woody Butler I am still working on generating a deal memo, but it keeps emailing me back that it has failed. I am not sure why, because I believe I am inserting the appropriate files to generate the deal memo.. The first few emails I received said that my "prompt was too long" (see screenshot below). After only adding 1 file to the deal memo so that my prompt isn't too long, it said again how it has failed. But for this one, I am unsure what I did or inserted incorrectly (see second screenshot below). When you get the chance, do you mind guiding me on how to correctly generate a deal memo without it failing? Or if there is a video to guide me, that would be great too! Please let me know if you have any questions, I hope I was not too confusing.. Thank you so much!
