Hi there, I am part of VI Cohort 5 and we are currently working on a Sprint that requires us to have Back Office access, which I understand should be available in the navigational panel but doesn't appear. Asking the AI assistant, it seems this needs to be enabled in permissions. Are you able to do this?

Hi Jon, thanks for raising this. This issue has been resolved, you should see back office access on your account now.

Hi @Woody Butler - I toggled all my permissions on and still could not toggle on back office. Please let me know if you are able to toggle it on for me, thank you kindly
